What steps do you take to ensure safety on our site?
We make safety a top priority starting with a candidate's first interview. All candidates selected for deployment receive a project dispatch email that includes TradeLink's safety expectations. We expect our customers to provide:
- Day-1 site-specific orientations
- Adherence to OSHA standards
- Safety tech coverage for each shift (if you don't have safety techs on your roster, we can supply professional safety technicians for all of your site needs)
- Morning safety meeting (post-lunch toolbox talk a plus)
- Real-time communication of any safety issues with TradeLink
